WBC is an associate company of JRC that was founded in 1994 by John Ruck and Richard Tomkins. The company was formed out of a need to have a specialist company to deal with the builders works and civil engineering and this service enables the Client to have a complete turnkey package.

The benefits of this enable the client to place one order with one company who will then be able to liaise with one another over the details involved in inter-company activities.

As a Director, Richard Tomkins brings to the company more than 30 years experience in the provision of building services to the Agricultural and Industrial market and his specialist knowledge enables the client to receive no obligation advice on any of their requirements from the full spectrum of farm buildings concrete works.

In addition, within the Industrial specification WBC are able to provide the services of a full Civil's package, including roadwork's, drainage, deep drainage, brickwork, block work, industrial concrete floors and general builders works.

WBC will be pleased to quote on your specific requirements, either independently, or in association with JRC on projects that also include steel building requirements.
