Commercial Buildings
JRC have built many buildings for commercial use, an example of a recently completed project is Harwoods truck centre in Southampton this was done with the collaboration of our sister company WBC who carried out all civil and builders works.
Together we refurbished and extended an existing building, more than trebling the floor area. JRC were main contractors and as such responsible for the whole project including the fitting out of the offices. The project was carried out to demanding VOSA standards as it is used for a testing station for Lorries.
JRC have erected Commercial buildings for many blue chip companies such as Tarmac, Cadburys and Primark.
We are happy to act as main contractor, or subcontract to another main contractor if required.
